Returns:

Any product that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
Refunds:

If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or any other alternate payment method.
Please note that it may take 7-14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items:

- Antiscalants

Shipping Costs:

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the return process outlined above.
Once we receive and approve your return, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items:
